Virgin salt

The virgin salt from the Mediterranean gives a very light and crisp sensation.

Virgin salt is the first batch of salt taken when seething salt, and it is only a limited amount of every seething, that becomes virgin salt.

We have smoked the salt for 40 hours the old-fashioned way with sawdust and then we have added the seaweed, which gives an extra dimension to the spice.

The bottle contains 80 gr.
