Sea fog - Smoked oil with seaweed

We smoke the oil the old-fashioned way with sawdust, which gives the fantastic flavour and scent, as if it was newly-smoked mackerel you take out of the oven.

We add the dried kombu, which provides the natural balance in this product.

The oil is used i small amount with fish-dishes, soups or bread. It is also useable for root vegetables or for cooking meat or fish.
