Breakers - Spice We associate the breakers with the violent, exciting and the unpredictable. We have used that feeling to compose these spices and we have focused on the seaweed. With the use of rose pepper, wild garlic, garlic, hip and crushed onion this spice is especielly useful for meats/grill and root vegetables.
